Robyn Alderson
Robyn has a background in Dance and has worked for over 15 years as a Fitness instructor, with Yoga and Pilates being her main focus.
Recently Robyn has branched into leading classes suitable for older adults, and has been accredited through the ACC Strength and Balance initiative to deliver these classes.
Robyn is passionate about making a difference the lives of others through the Strength 2 Balance classes she leads.
