Julie Fraser

Julie was born and raised in Christchurch.  She was born hearing and became profoundly Deaf at the age of 5.  She is married with two children.  She enjoyed learning NZSL so much she was inspired to become a tutor to share this amazing language and culture.  She has taught NZSL for the past five years through her own business she also  teaches  at the University of Canterbury.
