COOKING - A TASTE OF THE MEDITERRANEAN

The Mediterranean diet brings to mind fresh, vibrant, healthy cuisine.  On this course we will travel the Mediterranean cooking delicious classic dishes. Think Paella and Moussaka to Circassian Chicken.
